What’s the deal with the gluten free man?
Well, these menu items, when ordered as we suggest, are free of ingredients derived from food containing wheat, spelt, barley, rye, oats and triticale. We do not use gluten as a food additive in the form of a flavoring, stabilizing or thickening agent. Keep in mind, this is a busy kitchen, and our equipment is shared where gluten containing items are prepared. However, all of our gluten free items are made with extra love, and of course are 100% vegan.

all of our sauces are made with wheat free organic tamari. we don’t even have soy sauce anywhere! For a gluten free option please stick to organic brown rice. for the meats, stick to fresh tofu, house tofu, mock chicken or mock beef. Choose your sauce.

(please remember to tell us NO BREAD) ask us about our gluten free vegan bread options. we can serve these over fresh greens or organic brown rice. if you’re really feeling crazy, we can serve these items with corn tortillas and you can make your own taco! gluten free sides are tahini cole slaw, sweet potato puffs, or fresh fruit. please add vegan cheese to anything for a mere 1 dollar.
