Your own healthy hummus in an instant

This black olive hummus is a real treat! The black olives make the hummus wonderfully salty. As a result, you hardly need to add any extra salt, which sometimes is better for me as a salt butt! Furthermore, this hummus also contains relatively little fat compared to most hummus packs from the supermarket!

Eat yourself slim with chickpeas!

The proteins and fibers in chickpeas can ensure that you have better control of your appetite. Proteins and fiber both slow down your digestion and contribute to feeling full!

Chickpeas are an excellent source of vegetable protein, making them very suitable for vegans!

Serves 2


  • can of chickpeas (400 grams)

  • 15 pitted black olives

  • 1 large clove of garlic, peeled

  • 1 full tbs of tahini

  • salt / pepper to taste

  • about 2 full tbs of olive oil


Optional ingredients to make a bread tower

  • courgette

  • tomato

  • vegan bread

  • edible flowers

Mix all the ingredients in a food processor and add olive oil until it makes a creamy mass..
