The veggiedog. Super fast and easy to make with the mincemeat from Naturli. I am a huge fan of this product (no this is not sponsored) Unfortunately..because otherwise we would eat these fast to make veggiedogs every day ;). Previously I made vegan moussaka with this vegan mincemeat and vegan party rolls!

If someone else opens a pack of corndogs during a football game or a party, we bring out this anti hangover food. Ow my dear this is so good!

Serves 6

  • 1 pack 100 % plant based mincemeat from Naturli Foods (400 gram)

  • 2 tbs breadcrumbs

  • 2 tbs Euroma American Hamburger Spices (herbal mix consists of paprika, onion, garlic, black pepper, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, cumin and nutmeg)

  • 1 shallot, finely sliced

  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed

  • 6 vegan buns

  • ketchup

  • mustard

  • optional: some curl parsley or fried onions

  • vegetable butter

Mix the mincemeat with the bread-crumbs, the herbs, shallot and the garlic. Knead it and make sausages out of this.

Bake the sausages in some vegetable butter for 10 minutes on a medium heat.

Cut open the buns. Put the sausage in and decorate with the mustard and the ketchup. Finish off with some chopped parsley of fried onions.
