In a food processor, finely chop basil, garlic, cashews, pine nuts and the nutritional yeast. Slowly drizzle in the water and the olive oil (Use amount that will make to desired consistency). Add sea salt to taste.
For the buns: Slice some Italian bread. Now generously spread the slices with some homemade pesto. Sprinkle some vegan mozzarella on top and some Italian herbs. Wack them in the oven for a couple of minutes (or under a grill) and serve them with some pine nuts and fresh basil.
