Dutch Vegan party rolls! Let your child be the center of attention on his birthday or on school with this peaceful delicacy.

I use the 100% plant based minced from Naturli Foods. This products looks in consistence almost like real minced meat. It scares me a bit!

These vegan party rolls Dutch style are super easy to make, especially when you use the herbs out of a pack (nasi herbs). Nasi is a typical Dutch/Indonesian rice dish. So I am not sure if they sell ready-made packs in your country

So if not: Click HERE for the recipe for my Nasi Herbs. It doesn't take that much time really!

20 mini's (or 10 large)

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack 100 % plantaardig gehakt van Naturli Foods (400 gram)

  • 10 slices of vegan puff pastry

  • 2 tbs homemade 'nasi herbs', or 2 tbs nasi herbs out of a pack (I think this is Dutch)

  • 2 tbs breadcrumbs

  • pinch of pepper

  • sesame seeds

  • Soy milk for glazing the pastry

Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°º

Defrost the pastry

Knead the mincemeat with the nasi herbs, the breadcrumbs and the pepper and make 20 sausages out of it

Cut the pastry slices in half. Put a sausage on it and roll it in like a little blanket. Glaze with some soy milk and sprinkle some sesame seeds over them.

25 minutes in the oven until golden.
