Vegan Power Breakfast!

For me, the day does not start well without a big breakfast. A large vegan breakfast smoothie or a bowl of porridge and a cup of black coffee. If my stomach doesn't get this, I get very grumpy.

This power bowl contains all my favorite breakfast ingredients. A super healthy vegan breakfast and a very good start of the day!

Usually I mix everything up, but especially for you I tried to make a nice picture of it..

Serves 1

Ingredients:

For the blender:

  • 250 ml of water

  • 2 cubes of frozen kale

  • 1 banana

  • 50 grams of frozen berries

  • 2 tsp chia seeds

  • Optional: 1 tbs hemp protein powder

For the topping:

  • hazelnuts and almonds

  • 2 tbs of oats

  • 1 tbs pumpkin seeds
