4 wraps (No Fairy Tales)
1 tomato, sliced
1 bag of lettuce
1 pack of vegan chicken pieces or tofu cubes
1 yellow paprika, sliced
1 full tbs peanut butter
½ tbs sriracha sauce
1 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs olive oil
2 tbs corn flour
some olive oil for baking
- In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter with the sriracha sauce, olive oil, and soy sauce. Add the vegan chicken pieces or tofu and mix everything well together. Now add the cornflour and mix again.
- Put a pan on the heat and add some olive oil. Bake the vegan chicken or tofu cubes over medium heat until done.
- Prepare 4 wraps. Spread them generously with the hummus over the width. Divide the tomato, paprika, lettuce and vegan chicken pieces on this. Roll up and enjoy!
