What is Carnaval?

Ok, I am not sure how to explain to you guys what happens in the southern part of this small country the next couple of days.

But Carnaval is a crazy party that, most of the time lasts for 5 days. It is folly, exuberant. People dress up like they do on Halloween. My Jedi outfit is already ready to party. After lots of 'hossing' (I can't call it dancing really) on the most idiot hoempapaa music and after drinking lots of beer it is time for some nice anti hangover food.

A fast snack

This vegan shawarma is in no time ready to eat. Just make the sauce in advance (when you are still sober). So when you come home the only thing you have to do is bake the pita's in the oven and bake the Shawarma in the pan!

Ik beloof dat ik een idiote foto zal plaatsen op mijn insta 😉
