Vegan swamp soup?

This picture kind of reminds me of a swamp. Am I right? I don't know what got into my camera today but it was not in the mood I am sure!

Hey Popey, are you going to seduce your Olive with this soup?

Anyhow, this Scandinavian vegan spinach soup is really delish. Trust me! Full of Iron, fibers and protein. If you don't have

the vegan salmon from 'SoFine' in your country, you can also try to add vegan shrimp! Earlier I made a vegan salmon Wellington with this delight..
