Craving a healthy snack?
Give these peanut butter bliss balls a try! These bliss balls are a real healthy treat and are definitely appreciated by children! Full of proteins and minerals.
Put them in your kids' lunch box or your own, take them with you during a day out or freeze them up and eat them later (although I must say I never managed that at home here)!
The peanut butter makes them extra creamy ... yummy!
12/14 bliss balls
200 grams of (medjoul) dates, pitted
2 full tbs of peanut butter
1 tsp cocoa powder
2 tbs of sunflower seeds
2 tbs of oats
1 tbs of sesame seeds
100 grams of cashew nuts
a splash of water
For the outside:
3 tbs shredded coconut
- Grind the cashew nuts in a food processor.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until everything sticks together.
- Get everything out of the food processor and roll the mixture, using your hands, into small bite-sized balls.
- Roll the bliss balls into the plate with grated coconut. Enjoy! Ps: You can keep these peanut butter bliss balls in the freezer.
