Craving a healthy snack?

Give these peanut butter bliss balls a try! These bliss balls are a real healthy treat and are definitely appreciated by children! Full of proteins and minerals.

Put them in your kids' lunch box or your own, take them with you during a day out or freeze them up and eat them later (although I must say I never managed that at home here)!

The peanut butter makes them extra creamy ... yummy!

12/14 bliss balls


  • 200 grams of (medjoul) dates, pitted

  • 2 full tbs of peanut butter

  • 1 tsp cocoa powder

  • 2 tbs of sunflower seeds

  • 2 tbs of oats

  • 1 tbs of sesame seeds

  • 100 grams of cashew nuts

  • a splash of water


For the outside:


  • 3 tbs shredded coconut

  1. Grind the cashew nuts in a food processor.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until everything sticks together.
  3. Get everything out of the food processor and roll the mixture, using your hands, into small bite-sized balls.
  4. Roll the bliss balls into the plate with grated coconut. Enjoy! Ps: You can keep these peanut butter bliss balls in the freezer.
