Made in an instant and they are super easy to take with you when having a day out or as a snack in the lunch box!
50 grams of almonds
50 grams of unsalted cashew nuts
100 grams of (medjoul) dates, pitted
¼ tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp broken flax seed
1 tsp water
3 tbs shredded coconut
Grind the almonds and the cashew nuts in a food processor.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until everything sticks together.
Get everything out of the food processor and roll the mixture, using your hands, into small bite-sized balls.
Roll them into a plate of shredded coconut and here you go!
