how do you prefer to eat your hummus?

As you know, I make a large bowl of hummus every Sunday or Monday. It is my favorite lunch spread. It is healthy, filling well and you can make endless creations with it. Fill a wrap with it, put a scoop of hummus in your poké bowl, spread it on a sandwich or cracker or spread 2 sandwiches and put them between the grill!

How do you prefer to eat hummus?

A big container. This hummus can be kept in the fridge for around 4 to 5 days.


  • 800 grams of chickpeas (drained 480 grams)

  • 1 tbs tahini

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • salt /pepper / spicy paprika powder to taste.

  • 2 tbs olive oil

Drain the chickpeas. Put all the ingredients for the hummus in a food processor and mix until it is a creamy mass. In this recipe I add a little olive oil and a little aquafaba from the chickpea can (moisture) to make it a little smoother!
